No. All processing happens in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 20 PDFs per operation, with a total size limit of 50MB on web. For larger batches, install Reader Desktop.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After your first visit, Reader works completely offline as an installable PWA.
Is the output a valid PDF/A?
The merged PDF is a standard PDF 1.7. For PDF/A export, use the dedicated PDF/A tool (coming in next sprint).
